Recipe of the Month - MARCH -

Oh My Goodness, Granola!

Ingredients:

1 cup rolled oats

1/4 cup sliced almonds (or any nut of choice)

1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes

1/2 tbsp chia seeds

 

1 tbsp coconut oil

1 tbsp maple syrup

1 tbsp honey

1/2 tsp sea salt

1/4 tsp cinnamon 

 

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 300°

Cover baking sheet with parchment paper.

Combine first 4 ingredients and spread on baking sheet. Toast in oven for 15-20 minutes.

While the oats toast, combine remaining ingredients in mixing bowl. When oats are finished toasting remove from oven and add to mixture in bowl. Store until evenly coated. Return to baking sheet and spread evenly. Bake for 20 more minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool fully, about 30 minutes. Break into pieces and enjoy! 

Recipe can easily be doubled as it goes fast!
