WHAT TO EXPECT ON YOUR FIRST VISIT:
STEP 1:
Fill out intake
You can fill out the intake paperwork on your phone or computer at home, or you are welcome to complete the forms at our office before your visit.
STEP 2:
Meet with the doctor and our Team
You will meet with our team and one of our doctors who will evaluate & learn more about what you or your child's specific needs are.
We will then continue with a thorough health history, goal setting, and nervous system analysis.
STEP 3:
Get Thermography Scan
We assess for the function of the nervous system using state of the art technology. It is safe and effective at determining your current level of health and how your nervous system is adapting to STRESS.
STEP 4:
Digital X-rays
If the doctor determines it is necessary to take images of your spine, we have a state of the art digital x-ray machine in suite.
STEP 5:
Your Doctor’s Report
Your second visit is your most important, we will provide a detailed overview of your health, and chiropractic care plan recommendations.
You will receive your first adjustment with us on your second visit!
