Simple Superfood Bar
You will need: Parchment Paper + 9x9 inch baking pan
Ingredients:
1/4 cup Vanilla Protein Powder (optional)
1/2 cup Almond butter
1 tbsp Coconut Oil
2 tbsp Honey
1/2 cup Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
1/2 cup Slivered Almonds
1/4 cup Goji Berries
1/4 cup Cacao Nibs
Instructions:
1. Melt coconut oil
2. Combine coconut oil and almond butter
3. Add remaining ingredients and mix well
4. Line 9x9 pan with parchment paper
5. Press mixture into baking dish
6. Refrigerate to set - about 30 minutes
7. Cut into bars and enjoy!
(Stores up to 1 week in fridge)
